Terms of service

Who we are

hudall (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a performance tracking platform operated by Formuly Pty Ltd, ABN 66 548 336 550. Our website is hudall.com. By using hudall, you agree to these terms.

Your account

When you create a workspace on hudall, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account. Each user is identified by a 6-digit PIN — keep it confidential and don’t share it. If a PIN is compromised, an HQ admin can reset it from the Team screen.

Subscriptions and billing

hudall is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Pricing is shown on the public pricing page and at the time of checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically on the same payment method until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

New workspaces start with a 30-day free trial. If you don’t pick a paid plan before the trial ends, your workspace becomes read-only — your data stays intact, you just can’t add or change records until you upgrade. Trial users receive in-app warnings as their trial nears expiry.

Refunds

We don’t offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods. If you believe you’ve been billed in error, email billing@hudall.com within 30 days of the charge.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use hudall to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) transmit malware or attempt to compromise the security of the platform; (d) use the platform to harass or discriminate against any individual; or (e) reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these conditions.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to hudall. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not sell your data to third parties. Privacy details are in our Privacy Policy.

You can request an export of your data at any time from the Export page in your workspace, or by emailing us. If you cancel, we retain your data for 30 days in case you want to reactivate, then permanently delete it.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where possible. We’re not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hudall’s total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
